In Cosmology 5, one of the key visual structures of the series — the recurring wave-like sign — no longer belongs to a single unknown form. Instead, it fills an entire enclosed world.

The circle becomes essential here. It may evoke associations with a planet, a cell, a sphere, or a cosmic body, yet none of these interpretations is definitive. The scale remains deliberately undefined: what we see could equally belong to the microcosm or the macrocosm.

Within the sphere, there is no single centre. The surface is composed of numerous local fields — concentric and arc-like rhythms that emerge, intersect, and overlap. They resemble ripples on water, waves, force fields, or traces left by the propagation of an invisible impulse. The space seems to respond to multiple points of energetic disturbance.

Layers of yellow, ochre, red, green, and darker tones create the sense of matter in constant motion. Particularly important is the way pastel preserves the physical trace of the gesture. The recurring sign can be perceived almost as an imprint of touch — a trace of presence, repeatedly inscribed upon the surface of an unknown environment.

Cosmology is not intended as a literal representation of the universe. Rather, it is an attempt to imagine it as a system of infinite interactions and vibrations, in which each impulse generates another.

Cosmology 5 presents an enclosed yet internally boundless space, where invisible energy becomes visible through rhythm, repetition, and trace. The boundary of the sphere defines its form, while the process within has neither an evident beginning nor an end.
